Mountaineering Links
Seattle Mountaineers: I am an active member of the Mountaineers and very much enjoy the club and the programs available there. Outdoor enthusiasts may take courses in climbing at multiple levels, scrambling, hiking, kayaking or many others. Visit the website to find out more.
Cascade Climbers: A message board that is a bit of a local climber's hub. Find trip reports, information, gear, climbing partners and much more.
Summit Post: Summit Post has a lot of trip reports from around the world. Lots of information for any type of climbing pretty much anywhere.
Washington Trail Association: These folks are active with trail maintenance and conditions reporting. An excellent information source.
Northwest Hiker: This site posts up current trail conditons and other useful information for hikers around the Northwest.
Northwest Mountaineering Journal: NWMJ is an annual online publication put out in cooperation with the Mountaineers. It has excellent articles and photos of high routes and climbs we all wish we were doing.

NOAA Mountain Weather:   The NOAA site with a link pointed to the mountain weather page. Easy quick reference for mountain weather conditions or weather anywhere.
NWAC: Northwest Avalanche Center. The place to go for up to date in depth avalanche condition forecasts. Don't go into the winter backcountry without first stopping by here for an update.
Pass info and web cams: A link to a cool looking profile graphic showing Snoqualmie Pass and temperatures at multiple locations along freeway.
WASDOT Traffic Site: This one shows the whole state with traffic cams and weather links.
